Classical Reformer: Beginner

Open Level Mat

Not worried about sticking to the classical order today? This open-level Mat class is designed around you. Instructors will check in with individuals and adapt the workout to the group’s needs. Requests welcome!

This open-level tower class is a great opportunity to try something new. Leg springs, arm springs, the push-through bar, and more—explore a variety of apparatus all in one space. Instructors will check in with individuals and adapt the workout to the group’s needs. Requests welcome!

A Reformer based workout using the Jumpboard. Strengthen your feet and ankles while increasing your heart rate. This class is a fun challenge for those of you already familiar with the Reformer.

Learn the studio order and carry it with you wherever life takes you, whether you’re traveling, working, or practicing at home.

Pre/Post Natal

Expecting? Or returning to exercise after becoming a new mom? This class is for you. Strengthen and stretch safely by doing exercises designed to support mothers during and after pregnancy in this (reformer/tower) based workout.

Tower for Ages 50+

Pilates is a full-body, low-impact workout that can be done at any age. Come to class to improve your core strength, balance, flexibility, and posture to stay strong and maintain mobility for a lifetime.
